Let’s use the Dressed To Impress to make a card.
I love how the stamp set has a greeting for Mother’s Day. Also the shoes, lipstick and perfume bottle tug at my heart strings. It’s such a fun set to use.
I want to keep the layout clean & simple by heat-embossing. Then after embossing, I used the paint smudges stamps to colour in the images. Did you know that heat-embossing also makes it ink-resistant? Look closely and you will notice that the gold shows through the stamped images.
I love this technique and card layout. I don’t even have to pair the stamp set with other sets like I sometimes do because it already has greetings that coordinate.
For the finishing touch I also added sequins to the card.
Isn’t this such a fabulous stamp set? Did you know that the All Dressed Up Dies also coordinate with this set? It even has a handbag builder die for packaging sweets, treats and little gifts. You have to check it out because it really is a fun set of dies.
