Let’s do a technique called Ink-Resist on Foil Paper using the Amazing You stamps and Springtime Foils Designer Series Paper (DSP). They look so good when they are paired. The results are stunning.
March is Craft Month and what better way to craft than with free products. What’s better than 1 free product? 2 free products of course.
For today’s card inspiration, I combined Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) with the Amazing You stamps to create beautiful and elegant cards. These products are FREE for any $90 order submitted. Don’t miss out, Sale-a-bration is only for a limited time.
Did you know that the foiling in the DSP make it ink-resistant? Explore this fun feature so that you can have fun creating with it.
Here’s how to make a card with the ink-resist technique:
1. Cut-to-size a card front using the Springtime Foil Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP). Then, swipe or smear it with any ink pad of your choice. It’s easier if you hold the ink pad at an angle when you run it across the card front. You will notice that the foil comes through and shows up more clearly.
2. Stamp a greeting or image from the Amazing You Stamp Set in a coordinating colour. Use a punch or use your dies to create a stitched oval to frame your greeting or image.
3. Attach your greeting on a card base and it’s done.

I love the Springtime Foils Designer Series Paper (DSP). The embossed prints are gorgeous in silver, gold and rose gold. The weight is perfect for making boxes as well. It’s an excellent choice for weddings and milestone birthdays.
