Forever Fern Journal Inspiration

Journal spread that uses vellum, tags, Cheery Chirps and Forever Fern from Stampin' Up! The 2-page spread has birds and leaves. There is printed vellum that acts as a pocket.

Here’s a Forever Fern journal inspiration that’s beautiful to try on your next spread.

There are 2 things that we need to make for this spread. First, we need to make pockets out of vellum. Cut 2 strips of vellum and stick them to the bottom of the page. Remember to leave the top part open.

Next we need to make tags as inserts for the pockets. It can be any shape that you like. I happen to have a die that makes tags.

Last, you need to stamp, cut and layer your leaves from the Forever Fern stamp set. Stick them to your tags as shown above.

The birds from the Cheery Chirps stamp set are so lovely in this journal. Although retired, I still find many great uses for it.
